Starting a Conference


1 First, use the web dial-out screen to begin your audio conference. (view dialing demo)


Make sure that the "Enable Web Conferencing" box is checked.

Note: By choosing this option, each participant in the conference will be billed for web conferencing for the full duration of the call. This per-minute charge applies even while the web conference is inactive and to participants who are only connected via audio.
2 Once you are connected to the live audio conference room screen, click on the "Start" button to start a web conference.

3 As soon as the web conference has started, the host assumes the role of presenter and can share documents, chat, or use any of the other web conferencing features.
